CSP Hope Barnoldswick Bash, Cyclocross 23rd October 2011

Team CSP Show The Way

"Best organised race of the year, great course & facilities, pretty good bacon butties!!"........just some of the tributes thrown our way on our very first Cyclocross event.  Mark Turner did a great job bringing everything together but, Mark was the first to say well done to everybody for a great team effort.  To top it all we had a home win in the Under 12s race....well done Nathan, and, a great 2nd in the Under 16s for Oliver, followed by 19 year old Martin taking 5th in the main race of the day.

In all we had 31 CSP riders in action, and about the same number giving a hand flippin burgers, marking out the course, marshalling and generally getting 'stuck in'. Well done everybody! In the meantime, follow the links below for a full race report, images in the club gallery and on Sportsunday.
