Sunday Club Run Information
For experienced riders who are able to handle the pace and have gained Bikeability L2, note these are NOT suitable for younger riders
In all cases riders will be accompanied by experienced adult members.
- Riders must have suitable warm clothing, helmet, gloves, waterproof jacket, overshoes, 2 x inner tubes.
- Riders must eat a good breakfast before setting out. Porridge is best ! + banana + toast etc etc.
- Riders must carry some food and drink with them. Banana, Bread / Sandwich.
- Mud guards if possible.
